The Bradworthy New Build project involved the complete construction of a bespoke family home in the rural village of Bradworthy, North Devon. Designed to combine modern comfort with traditional craftsmanship, the property was built from the ground up to meet the client’s vision of a bright, energy-efficient home that fits naturally within its countryside surroundings.

Client Brief

Our clients approached WJE Carpentry & Construction with plans for a three-bedroom home that balanced style, functionality, and long-term sustainability. They wanted open-plan living spaces, large windows to maximise natural light, and high-quality materials throughout — all while keeping the character and warmth of a traditional Devon property.
